There is a just a few simple steps:

1. You will need to come to the practice with a form of photo ID e.g. passport, drivers licesnse etc. 
2. Ask one of the receptionist to help set up your account; they will then ask for the ID and proceed to activate the account 
3. Once the account is activated, the receptionist will either print or send via email the codes needed to complete registration into the app

Once you have recived the codes:

1. Make sure the app is downloaded onto your phone 
2. Then you want to fill out the registration info 
3. At the end of the registration it will ask you to input codes, which was provided by the receptionist 

From there the acoount will now be set up and you will have access to your medication and records as well as being able to book appointments.
